Watts v. Unknown

United States District Court, E.D. Virginia, Richmond Division

March 4, 2014

MARQUIS WATTS, Plaintiff,
v.
UNKNOWN, Defendant.

MEMORANDUM OPINION (Dismissing Action Without Prejudice)

HENRY E. HUDSON, District Judge.

By Memorandum Order entered on January 23, 2014, the Court conditionally docketed Plaintiffs action. On February 4, 2014 the United States Postal Service returned the January 23, 2014 Memorandum Order to the Court marked, "RETURN TO SENDER" and "MOVED WITHOUT FORWARDING ADDRESS." Since that date, Plaintiff has not contacted the Court to provide a current address. Plaintiffs failure to contact the Court and provide a current address indicates his lack of interest in prosecuting this action. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(b). Accordingly, the action will be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

An appropriate Orders hall accompany this Memorandum Opinion.
